TEAM LEADER

Job Summary

Selected candidate will provide management/supervision of Residential facility housing. Position requires staffing, completion and maintaining of staff schedules, MD appts, reviewing data, training of newly hired staff, and monitoring of staff productivity and overall job performance. Position will oversee all aspects of the home to include direct client care, client transportation, food and supply purchasing, and housekeeping.

Other duties will include supervising the staff who provide care and services such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, personal care, medication administration, and transporting. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.

Requirements:

Flexibility and a great attitude required.

• A high school diploma/GED (or transcripts).
• At least (3) years group home.
• A current/valid non-expired driver's license. This position requires driving; you must be a minimum age of 21 and have an insurable driving record.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and use of computer software and programs, such as the ability to demonstrate computer skills in Word, Excel, Google Calender, Zoom, Teams, and type 40+ wpm.
• MAC (Medication Assistant Certified) training.
• Orientation / Training is required for employment.
• CPR

Position requires experience in the Group Home Setting.

HOME CARE OFFICE COORDINATOR

Fast-paced home care operations role that requires a minimum of 1-2 years office experience with proof of multitasking on tight deadlines and excellent communication skills..

We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive team member to support our office operations, scheduling, and caregiver coordination. This is a key role that helps ensure our clients receive consistent, top-notch care by supporting staffing, communication, and day-to-day problem solving.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong interest in team support and success. In this role, you will coordinate staffing schedules, assist with recruitment processes, and ensure optimal workforce allocation to meet client needs. Your efforts will contribute to maintaining an efficient, compliant, and engaged workforce environment.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling Coordination (primary responsibility)

• Assist with building and maintaining caregiver schedules for a large team in WellSky
• Manage all logistics for open shifts and response to client needs
• Decision making related staff coordination, client needs, and staff performance reviews
• Maintain accurate caregiver and client data in software.
• Interpret statistical reports related to scheduling and operations to improve service and staffing

Caregiver & Client Support

• Phone coverage to provide excellent customer service
• Handle client needs by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Answer caregiver questions and provide day-to-day support
• Help resolve routine issues and escalate when needed
• Maintain calm, professional and timely communication

Hiring & Onboarding

• Conduct initial caregiver screenings and interviews
• Assist with onboarding, paperwork and orientation
• Assist with maintaining compliant employee files

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• Normal business hours (30 - 40 hours per week)

Qualifications (pay based on level of experience)

• Previous experience in office coordination, HR and/or scheduling a MUST. Two years minimum.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Google Calender) and the ability to quickly learn new systems (CareTime)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work independently
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work well with others on the team in a small office environment

Experience 1-2 years (preferred)
